If 2nd hand from dealer, definitely it's genuinely fake.

can times 2 the mileage and add somemore. Usually they just use an OBDII device and key in the mileage, sync, on off the ignition and the mileage from 150K km becomes 60K km.

Supercharged

I highly suspect low battery. Happened once to my FIL's Latio.

Huh....Latio is battery operated one ??

When you step on the accelerator, does your engine rev higher and make more noise or does it stay at any particular spot? Sound would be like buuuuuuuu instead of waaaaaaaaah. If so I think u may be in limp mode. Maybe you can try disconnecting the negative terminal when the car is off for 30 secs and put back and see if it helps.

Otherwise, if your engine revs higher but the car is still stuck at 20 then it could be a problem with your cvt gearbox like band slippage or faulty actuator.

Workshop said speed sensor spoilt. Repair cost is 600 plus. Is this normal?

Anyone knows if speed sensor can be repaired instead of replaced?

And if speed sensor really cause this issue?

sensor have to be replaced. Yes, speed sensor can cause what you described as it is not feeding ecu the right data.

My car already towed there. If tow again sure v ex.

Somemore may need to change cvt oil .. everything plus up easily to 1k. Faint

car tow to your WS or TC?? Either place.. like other bosses mentioned.. better to get separate quote from other place. The difference in quote is worth to get ur latio tow again..

Yes, a faulty speed sensor will send wrong signals to the ECU.

However. depending on the fault of the sensor, some will just affect the speedometer that make the needle always point at zero, but the car still can accelerate normally. So the driver detects his speed using the RPM instead.

What? Then no battery how? I drove my car from Selegie to Gul (my WS) in Jurong without battery at hwy speed.
