Anyone feels that some how the break/ accelerator pedals are located too much to the left. Even s short drive made me quite uncomfortable. Left leg always being squeezed and cannot imagine drive in this manner for many hours to Genting.

Turbocharged

got 2 ambient lighting 1 at the storage holder at the roof, and another at the center console. there is no lighting at the footwell.

So it casts some light down on the cabin and shines on the storage tray? Blue color? What about door handles or puddle lamps?

Footwell lighting... maybe can install aftermarket... ahh poison.

The key looks nicer than the one I saw in the user manual. Maybe because it's last year's manual.

The one in the manual look like this [:|] :

[smash]

...yeah, I took a look at 2016 (2015 to us) Forester manual ... the remote key looks like yours. Really leh, looks much nicer. At least up to date look. But eh, the emergency start up procedure looks a bit weird. Press the Start Button with the remote key itself.

Maybe it communicate with NFC... [idea]

So it seems like you are getting the XT after considering so many car.

I think those footwell light, door light are not important. This can be be done outside. Important is a good engine, GB, safety spec......

I put this on my No 1 choice now but when times come still need CO to agreed.

Neutral Newbie

Satin white is more whitish, Crystal white is more metallic.

Imho Crystal white is less proned to yellowing due. From far Crystal white will look darker

Thanks Pocus for the explanation!

So seems like both white are as good !!!

Hi, I got the same feeling too but don't see anyone talking about that so thought I am the weirdo... think the problem is in fact not much room for left leg cause the discomfort. Still thinking will it be the deal breaker for me as sometimes do need to travel long distance even though every other things meet my requirement.

Anyone has the same feeling and get use to it over time even for long distance travel?

OKOK... [laugh] at least I am not alone.

I am not a big size man but the discomfort feeling on left leg is there and in fact quite serious. I am not sure how AngMo with big size body can tahan this. Personally I foresee a problem for me to sit in that manner for more than 1 hour. Maybe that is the problem with men sit with leg opened.

Move seat backwards some, left knee outwards and fold your left inwards and leave the foot under the right leg. Try that?

Long distance use cruise control. or use left leg :D

Can't view the video from my handphone or tablet. Not sure why. Do you have the link?

The last roUnd like two weeks back I saw the black edition model in MI on silver body still selling at 9k extra which doesn't feel worth it.

Hi current owners of the FXT. I test drove the FXT and maybe I was going a little fast but I find the brakes to be a little soft. It doesn't bite very well when I try to brake.

Maybe bcos I'm coming from a conti car where the brakes tend to be effective. Or maybe it's just me.

Any comments or feedback on this?

Tested drove on Sun.

yes...find that brakes not so responsive too.

prolly can upgrade brake hose to improve it?

has anyone done that?

Just FYI, i asked about the Black Ed, the SE gave me a $3000 discount.

I have no problem for the past 11months. Perhaps, you may have to adjust the seating position to suit you comfortably.
