If only mz2 was a lil more spacious like its brethren. I will choose vezel, though not a fair comparison, due to better space n resale value, although mz2 pickup better n more fun to drive. So mz2 drivetrain w vezel or xv body wif mz lighting package I think will appeal to me but will b more pricey.

True, a Toyota and Honda will sell easier and better the the other Japanese brands around.

any Mazda 2 owners like to purchase the groovy shades? Need 3 more buyers to get a full set with rear windscreen at $200 with installation at a location for all 4 buyers.

Partly true. But if everything tanks it's not much diff. Just to share that I was quoted 24k for a nov2007 toyota with present paper at 22k. Parf at nov2017 is 18k.

Maybe if it's not a toyota Honda it will be 22.5k? Haha.

No it doesn't work that way silly.

You gotta see the market rate of the make and model of the same age.

Those radio got prob one should all report to kocomo. Seems that mz2/3 all have. But can be solved with a firmware upgrade in us forums.

Kocomo? Docomo? Komoco? Aiya, Komoco is Hyundai la. Mazda is under TransEUROKARS (aka TEK).

My friend just bought a Mazda 2 sedan for his gf in Malaysia. Overall, really a good all rounder car. But abit small la. Throw abit of money can make it really outstanding.

Don't expect much from the car distributors.

I believe yours are Toyo Proxes, very good tyres also use by Porches owners, but too skinny.

Take this opportunity to replace those skinny tyres.

I fit mine with commonly available 205/55/R16, no problem even when fully loaded with 5 adults, very steady and stable !

Hi SalimTan:

Happy new year.

You say you have replaced your tyre to 205/55/R16.

Can I check how much and where you replaced this tyre, any mileage different for this new set of tyre and the Mazda original Toyo tyre?

What about your original Toyo tyre 185/60/R16?

I am looking to buy from anyone that have the 185/60/R60

Happy New Year.

I traded in the original tyres and rims for $200+ and bought new tyres (Falken) and rims (not famous brand) for $900 (before trade-in). Don't want to do free advertising for them, but the prices about the same everywhere.

Tyre sizes 185 and 195 are getting rare, limited stock in many places I checked.

Just checking, your wheels 5.5J x 16 ? Can fit 205?

5.5 rims only suitable for 175 and 185 tyres.

I had changed my rims to 6.5.

By observation, Mazda2 can only take 205 max. otherwise tyres's will not be flat on the ground, that means less stable, less safe, and tyres will wear unevenly.
