Actually the Sedan has only just been released in Singapore and i believe the higher end model does come with LED head lamps.

As for aircon, i dont think there is anything called the best, its just which would you prefer. Because end of the day, its still the same air compressor. Automatic air con is just more "convenience",ideal for lazy people like me... haha...

However you do need to take note that Mazda 2 specs varies from country to country as different dealers take their cars from different factories so what is avaliable for singapore might not avaliable for Sri Lanka

Hope it helps~

Hey good day to all of you Mazda 2 lovers.

I have just found this forum so I'm new to this site and I am from Sri Lanka.

Guys i'm planing to buy this new Mazda 2 (Sedan) I really like this car and i have read and watched so many reviews on the internet. Most of them are about Hatchback. Now my question is does the sedan come with LED Projector headlamps? if not is it possible to replace those halogen headlights with LED headlamps ? Do you guys know an online store or something like that where i could order them ? How much will those LED Headlamps cost me ? any idea about this guys? [:)]

one more thing what do you guys think about Manual air conditioning vs Automatic air conditioning which one is the best? any feedback about that from our mazda 2 users ? because as far as i know Mazda agent here in Sri lanka bring down those with manual air conditioning which i don't like to be honest.

Hope to get a reply from you guys, Have a nice day! :)

Why not try the service centre at Leng Kee. It seems that Ubi always crowded. Less people go to Leng Kee tho.

Fyi i tried emailing them before and they totally never reply my email(think they missed out). So i think the "safer way" is to call and make an appt.

I had a tough time calling the ubi service centre to make appointment for servicing. Tried calling several days in Dec and no one ever picked up the phone. Too many Mazda sold and not enough manpower to handle servicing? Someone finally answered after I called in early Jan, and waited several minutes on the phone until I almost gave up, and Saturday servicing full until late Feb. Think I must book service appointment for 5k when I go for 1k servicing, calling the service centre hotline is really time consuming.

Why the fetish over HID and now LED lights for cars?

IMO, halogen is still the best. H4 bulb is plentiful, easy to find and cheap.

LED does not mean will not spoil or "burnt" out.

What do you mean ?

As in if u get a shark fin casing to put ontop of your sedan, you ain't intending to rewire your existing screen one into the fin right? Its just for design/aesthetic purposes?
