Mcf777 Turbocharged June 23, 2015 Share June 23, 2015 the corridor look like a prison. both house owners will bang their metal gates against each other every morning. but hor, all these design should be in the brochure. why no one point it out during purchase? Kusje Supersonic June 23, 2015 Share June 23, 2015 Maybe the Architects just graduated la. Their corridor is 1.2m which is exactly what is required under the regulations. Kusje Supersonic June 23, 2015 Share June 23, 2015 This is the price for "out-sourcing" so many things in Singapore. You are right. It is silly because HDB initially had the ability to do their own design and engineering work (under Surbana which was wholly owned by HDB) but their backsides were itchy so they privatised Surbana and sold it off.
