Just collected my red S on Wed. A lot of hairline scratches on the wax when see under bright light. Spent 30 mins polishing at the Restricted Floor....

Overall the car ok, can feel the engine pull at 50km/h... zzzzzz. My SE said KMC product manager has experience it, the guy said is normal.

By the way, I can confirm it comes with rear recording camera (HP RC3).

I just applied Naisol Glassshield. Supposedly can last 2 years, much longer than those Rain-X, Glaco, etc.

Easy to apply, just spray using 1 hand, and use the other hand to wipe off with a cotton cloth. Do it for all the glass windows in the car including the side mirrors. When it rain, all the water will just drop when the car moves. But must apply properly else juddering will happen for awhile before it became ok. Just squeeze a few drops, quickly wipe off, then mode to next small section will do.

Thanks for the recommendation! Will try out and report back!

The yet another FL looks really awful. A classic case of changing for the sake of it. Peter completely lost it this time round.

To those who are considering the Elantra, do order your car now.

Else when the new model launches, you will far better to buy the Cerato SX instead.

Mine is free labour and parts servicing, the KMC servicing advisor told me during my 1000km servicing that they are using 0w30 oil now, no more 0w40.

Tats new.

Usually they use weight 40 and only use weight 30 on higher end packages

Update Google maps from App Store also.

since you guys talking about EO,

for mine, I would require to pump petrol every 6-7 days..  kinda drinker..

probably because of the default mineral oil, i'm already exceeding more than 1k mileage and upcoming appointment is on the 6th

still trying to get used to an Auto..

the pick up is slow and sluggish.. unlike a manual..

braking also different, good thing is i can hold my wife's hand while the other, on the steering.

stock sound system is good, thinking of adding a satellite speaker as mine is kinda bare as there's no tweeter.

thats my 11 days experience with this car  [:p]

The sharp pointed design of the headlights and fog light not say nice le.

A number of interesting features worth mentioning from the video...

1) The rear boot release is a nice trick hidden button hidden in the Hyundai logo just like the recently face-lifted Sonata... very classy.

2) The headlamp cluster consists of 4 separate projector lamps... very special very upper class...

3) The DRL (or Arrow DRL) as Hyundai calls it is quite different from what's on the market now... so another unique feature...

Auto like that lar... unless you have a super powerful engine lor... ha ha... I also prefer manual... but where to find nowadays? Got money also cannot buy... 'shake head'... sigh...

And bro... you clock 1000+ km in 11 days? Wah your car cannot buy secondhand leh... macham drive around whole of Singapore like that... east to west only 40+ km... seems like you drive from one extreme to the other and return once a day...
