Servicing from agent is like that, expected. Mine will be next Tues but my milage now is 1.4k lio. Keke.... so wats the add on ure refering to bro?

Not sticky lah...is viscosity or resistant to flow.

Layman term will be thicker oil.

I think all Subaru's have this under-engine/under-chassis plate/s.

 

Should be plastic if it is free version.  (Changing to metal, you willl have to pay and only those who really go off-road will bother to get the metal version).

 

It is mainly to give a smooth surface at bottom of car so that it is more aerodynamic.

 

Subaru cars have many different aerodynamic features all over so that it can have a good FC for highway crusing - unfortunately, does not help for stop/go traffic.  

(E.g. in some Subaru's there is also a funny looking "flap" in front of the wheels; it is in front so can't be mud flap which would be at back - again, it is an aerodynamic feature to make air flow smoothly around the wheels).

 

By right, this underside plate should be fitted at factory but MI want to lower the OMV value so that taxes added on to the car are less - so it installs as many things as it can locally so that import price is less.

Normally for Subaru models, there will already be free plastic under cladding that already comes with the car - because Subaru needs it to achieve reasonable to good results in government FC tests.

Whatever used in the tested car to achieve the tested FC/emissions also need to be provided in actual cars sold. 

You can take a look under the car to see if Impreza already has it.
