ha ha ha... yes, that one. I was going to brush my teeth for school, then saw it. The referee lagi kelong for not calling foul, red card and just played on.

 

Talking about last time west before combined germany. I once checked, up until 1994, i think they never failed to reach quarter finals of the world cup and Euro... really clinical to the max. Even when they gets decimated at a major tournament, next round surely bounce back.

 

England 50 yr later still nothing much to shout about :grin:

 

 

wah... then chelsea next season could be quite dangerous lor... not good news...

Yes, the score line are quite low due to that.

We only see 1 goal(4), 2 goals(4), 3 goals(2) so far.

Will tonight produce 0,4 goals >?

I also notice exciting matches normally are 3am match.

Like Bel v Ita, Ger v Ukr, Eng v Rus.

Just watched the Ireland and Sweden game highlights. Ireland under Martin O'Neil played some very attacking football in the first half. They should have continue with that kind of play in the second half to press for a second goal. Too bad they decided to sit back to defend and concede the equalizer goal.

From the 1st 10 games, the team which scored first when on to win 8 times n only 2 times it ended in draws. No team has won after going a goal down so far which may explain why teams are more cautious esp during the first games as a loss sets u back n forces u to play catch up, hence the more pragmatic approach.
