I think Beauty centre

Ok, u can't really recall the level

Giant and pasta mania, Gallen sport, RSH same level, next is Laundromat, bookshop and challenger same level, then beauty saloon.

Level 7 is open air carpark?

Ok, I did a check in wiki.

The premises at level 7 is actually occupied by True Fitness before it closed down.

Now converted to cinema.

I think GV Katong 112 because Parkway Parade is opening a new Cathay theater nearby and GV is shifting to Bedok Central which is nearby. Somemore they opened a new one in Paya Lebar which is also quite near. So no point keeping the Katong 112 branch.

True, too many GV nearby if 112 katong GV still remains there.

GV is opening another one at the new shopping centre occupying the former Princess Theatres premises (still under construction) opposite Bedok Mall next year; Filmgarde will open at the century square next year when renovations are completed.

Shaw is cheaper indeed both on weekdays ($8.50 vs $9.50 for GV) and weekends ($12.50 vs $13.50) if I am not mistaken.

Trivia: very last movie to screen at Shaw century was Dunkirk (yours sincerely was there, and the staff came in to say sayonara fforever when the screen credits rolled)
