Neutral Newbie

@Ck3128 congrats on making the purchase! Are you able to share with me some of the freebies you managed to get? Was at the Ubi showroom today and the sales rep was like there’s nothing at all I can give you. Maybe you can share who served you?

Heard frm my dealer that C&C Ubi is an independent family-owner dealer of C&C. Better to go to C&C Alexandra, may be able to get better deal..

Hi all, I always off my AS&G bcos dun like the feel of the engine stopping n starting (with a faint jerk) intermittently. So far so good until recently, I feel tt engine shows very faint 'stop n start' (although the engine does not actually stop) despite the function is off. Anyone else experiences the same?

yea... I went Alexanda showroom as well. There is one SE I meet "Izaac", he is quite friendly and totally no pushy at all. I know some of the SE at C&C tend to be quite "cocky" or very pushy... pm me if you need this SE contact.

Btw, tomorrow he will be at Tampines 1 roadshow. Tuesday only he will be back to showroom.

Cheers.

It's typically at 800rpm when idling at the traffic lights.. Then rpm will go up to 900rpm momentarily then return to 800rpm.. as if the AS&G is activated (although it's off). Is this normal?

When AS&G is switch ON.

AS&G the rpm is at "zero" when activated, engine fully stop.

sometime if you do not press the brake pedal hard enough (means sometime press little already can hold the car from moving), the AS&G will not activate to stop the engine.

When AS&G is switch OFF

AS&G will not activate at all.

the scenario you mentioned is where the air con compressor clutch cut in and cut out; as it regulating the coolant required according to your set air con temperature.

if you coming from korean car, you will notice this significant different.

As for korean car most design the air con compressor clutch is always engage when you turn on A/C.

then it use the radiator hot water to regulate the air con output temperature accordance to your set air temperature.

so in this design you will not notice the engine rpm fluctuating between 800~900rpm.

I'm encountering a really strange problem using Android Auto now. When I plug my phone into the front USB port situated next to the ECO MODE button, the system gives me a "unsupported device detected" error message. However, when I plug my phone into the USB port inside the glove box, Android Auto works. Nothings seems to be wrong with the front USB port as well as I'm able to play MP3 songs from a thumbdrive plugged into it.

I'm really puzzled what could be the problem. Anybody encountered the same problem as me?

Yeah booked red.

What colors u guys book? I suppose same batch of shipment no matter the color?

That's why! I believe Red is hot in demand comparing to the rest of the color... so the stocks will be very limited. I wanted red too but my wife dun like -_- ... So I go for titanium grey :ninja: . (SE told me should be able to get it around Sept if got the COE next week)...
