Hi Contipro,

 

Think all ADs are not positively reviewed by owners and of course, we all each have our own expectation.

 

Exceptions are usually super high end cars or ADs with added value services but payable to pick up/send back ... nothing is free in the world and ADs run biz to make max $ I guess  ... else buy cheap from PI with no intention or expectation of aftersales service again with exceptions of likes of Richburg etc. but also at a premium.

 

Circle of Fast, Cheap and Good .... prevails and I always avoid talking about exceptions which cows come home also yawn ....

Having drove my ec for 3 months. I am still at the stage of exploring n discovering the use of the accessories and the power of the car. I have brought the EC after comparing it with the tiguan, forester and vezzel. My previous ride is a stream(drove for 9yrs 6months) i simply love the look of it. With a 1.5cc engine but comes with add torque. On long run you would simply enjoy saving based on low fc(if ur right foot is not heavy) and the road tax. Pp those se are enjoying too much sales until they forget all about before and after sales service. Other than it, i think This new EC ride of mine is simply awsome. Regards

 

Heard many EC buyers are ex-Stream and Airwave owners.

Any EC owners' rides come with tyre other than YOKOHAMA BLUEARTH E70 225/55 R18 98H. Couldn't find any review or cost of the tyre. Anyone upgrade their rim or tyre?

Android auto stopped working these few days as update is required and it's not supported in Singapore. Anybody has a link to the updated app to download the latest version or any work around this?

Why wouldn't the local dealer stick to the int'l market version. By removing so many essential accessories just to maximize profit would make the car so unappealing n it's going turn the buyers off.

 

I wouldn't have book the EC if they didn't change their mind to put back the original SDA for the local market. The original infotainment offers so much more features than any other off-market HU could.

 

Hopefully they don't keep changing their mind or we may ended up having different version very six months.
