My friend said to do something different at 50yrs old asked if I am interested to join Hyrox.... I said Not really sure.... He said he thought I wanted to join when I shared the Korean, Hong Beom-seok Hyrox training videos. 

I agree as I also wanted to try it and challenge myself.

Yah agree, The national stadium is cooling, they have also placed many fans along the running track and water station.

I didn't sweat as much as weekend morning training.

Put cart before horse....

Since kid wants to try, passed him my coros 2. So bought the replacement battery for coros 2 before watching how to youtube videos. Not many and doesn't gives me the confidence....needs to cut and solder some more. Had assumed it's plug and play.

Looks challenging given my 2 left hands and worsening laohua......

Think I'll wait until the battery total dies. Now fully charged can last about 2 days still.

The hardest part of the of replacing the battery is always opening the case with minimal damage.

@TangoCharlie If you ever start looking for gel, and dare to risk 'safety concern' of MIC product, can try these two brand. I am experimenting them for my SCSM training since I have positive result from my recent Income Eco run. Used two pack of the M-Action. Tasted nice, especially the fruit jelly one, like a desert. 

Tried CPT last night for my long run, not as nice in taste. But the one with Su BingTian face has electrolytes, so I will continue to buy them from PDD. The other one has a little medicinal taste, so am not going to replenish this after using up. Will be stocking more M-Action to complement the CPT with electrolytes for the long runs.

These two brands are big in China, so alleviates a little of the 'safety' concerns of MIC product.

Be careful those exposed wire ends. Lithium battery is normally stored and shipped at nominal charge of 70% or so. This is a 2-cell battery with 3 wire connections. If the black wire touches any of the other two, will short circuit one cell with heat generated and may ignite. Good thing that this is a tiny battery.

You didn't google more on Creatine for other benefits? This is the closest to a miracle supplement that also has a lot of scientific studies to back it up.

One of the many of benefits for non sports performance is brain health. Particular old folks with dementia. Not a miracle cure, but signs of cognitive improvement if mega dose 20g a day, split 10g morning and 10g evening. In general good for the brain.

I shudder at the thot of swallowing 20 creatine pills a day man. Hahaha

Drinking filtered coffee works too so I'm taking the easier option. Or find some kakis for regular mahjong session or chess.

General principle same for brain and muscles....use it or lose it.
