I need to batch upload my manual entries. Haha

Today was funny. My wife sent my son to school. I went to jog with my dog. Met her downstairs while cooling down. Then she went up realised she didn't have key. I also forgot to bring my key.

Ended up she drove over to my in laws to get the house key lol

If the same thing happens to me, it will be a 1 hr return trip.

For every check up I have during those years I am in China, I always comes home with the comments of "Your BP is normal but on the high side, Your cholesterol is also getting onto the high side, you should, smoke less, drink less and eat more veggie and fruits and blah blah blah"

So now I get a new life liao, With the lockdown, I eat just 2 slice whole meal bread with egg and coffee for morning, lunch and dinner just fish/meat with veggie all eaten very lightly. I jog almost daily on the treadmill, and with my dumbbells and ab-roller workout. My waist has gone down 2 over inches liao. Now better don't go back to those China, eat and drink type of life liao:grin:

I find that my cholesterol and BP readings tend to increase with age though they are still in the acceptable range.

My total cholesterol count was 120s/130s when I was in early 30s and that was the time I heck care diet and exercise. Now no longer possible even with diet control and exercise.

Ah, the power of my long lost youth.:TT_TT:

I can't find a smart lock for gate.  The gap is smaller than 5cm.

Don't lock it? Instead of traditional lock, use those number padlock?

Your house door no need key to lock it after closing from outside? Last time those old flat no need key to lock the door and just slam the door type. So many times i forgot to take keys and after my school ended up need to sit outside the door staring into the blank space for hours waiting for my parents to come home from work. Since last time dont have Hp de, so nothing to entertain myself. 😅

Lucky that your in-laws house someone is at home. If not also cannot get your house keys from them.

not getting it. how does your solution work?

do you mean you have a carboard box (which is secured with a number lock) outside your house and you place your keys in there?

this type? https://www.lazada.sg/products/key-lock-box-with-waterproof-case-wall-mount-metal-password-box-for-home-business-realtors-i1826557342-s9716594654.html?exlaz=d_1:mm_150050845_51350205_2010350205::12:13754226424!119527776210!!!pla-297963845945!c!297963845945!9716594654!389450545&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI77fcvdm08gIVQg9yCh3BjAC2EAQYBCABEgJwyPD_BwE

Previously, I just carry 1 key out for running/cycling.

Now. I don't bring key.  My phone can lock/unlock 1 of the door.

Bro, it's true, but I find it good way to control all these readings is to control the weight by eating less, exercising and drink more water. I am 50 liao. Hoping to run as fast as I do ten years ago when I did the 10km Real Run for 60 mins. But I don't expect too much and accept the grace of age and enjoy.

Sorry , misspelled. It's a huge cupboard outside my house, where I store my running shoes. Ya, i put my house keys in there and locked with a numbered padlock.

Your link is the suggestion I proposed, works in similar way.

The eating less part does suck. Life is telling us middle-aged fellas, if you want to live rest of your life without pills, side effects, surgery or emergency calls, no more eating until full. See that nice mouth watering dish you've been dreaming for days about? Take 3 small bites and off you go. No dessert too. Lol.

I have been eating sinfully plus exercise.

Currently, no health issue except high BMI.

High BMI no lead to abnormal level of cholesterol or fatty liver etc?

For Fatty liver, I am always borderline.

Good Cholesterol is high while bad cholesterol is within the threshold.
