Still got eat daily

But didn’t lose much weight but managed to maintain

now do climb stairs daily to add on

but I very long didn’t ride bicycle

Stage give up liao? Those people must be in their 60s or 70s isn't? Lol. Stage 1 is just walking slowly, then stage 2 is walk faster or jog, reach stage 3 then needs to run liao, stage 4 is run at quite fast pace. I think something like that.

no, it's people in early 50s. I am not sure if those in 60s/70s go for treadmill ECG tests. Doctors not scared most will trip on the treadmill or collapse halfway through?

stage 3 can still walk, but walk quickly. I think stage 4 is the awkward stage. it's like walking is too fast but running is too slow.

the worse thing is the nurse always look so bored. She will just tear the paper reading, stack it up then wait for the 3 min stage to be up, then tell you "next stage coming, will be faster speed". 😂

my elder cousin died from pancreatic cancer when he was mid 50s. 6 months from diagnosis to death. Horrible ordeal.

But I heard pancreatic cancer is super hard to detect as the pancreas is located behind many organs. So usually by the time you get it detected, it is already stage 4. My colleague's relative detected he has early stage pancreatic cancer by accident when doing some other tests. So, imminent death postponed.

But ah if you reached 50s, better go do colonoscopy at least once la. Even you find you might not have any symptoms.

Thats why maybe the nurse hope everyone can stop at stage 2, so she no need to feel so bored. Lol. Stage 3 can still walk but faster? Thought stage 3 already must jog liao? Stage 4 confirmed must run and stage 5 is run very fast. Stage 6 and 7 cannot imagine how fast and steep liao! Dont know how many people can complete all the stages? I mean those people in mid 30s to 50s age group.

Ya, pancreatic cancer indeed quite difficult to detect. Usually must go for some CT scan then can see. Blood test might not so accurate. I have one uncle also died from pancreatic cancer, stage 4 when detected, and passed on in less than 6 months. Pancreatic cancer quite common nowadays and really have to be careful. Usually pain in the abdomen or back which is one of the symptom, must go do some checking. Since many people thought abdomen pain is due to indigestion or gastric.
