I play rolex until nothing to play already

1. Personalizing dial with names

2. Painting hands a different color

3. Using different original Rolex bracelets for different models

4. Bezel inserts 

5. Straps in various materials

6. Replacing Sapphire crystals with custom made plexi crystals

Let me have one per week to wear while I wipe my dinning table ... I'll take photo to prove that I really wipe the table with your lolec... then you take it back to scrutinise for any scratches or knock... while I take another one for another week till your collections exhausted

On a less serious note😁, recently came across a few pawn shops displaying substantial numbers of lolec in the window casings...almost the same number as authorised retailers... really that many people bought them as backup cash...?

Just pick up a Yacht Master 42 from THG last week , still have to use marker to write name on the warranty card ....

These days it’s so strict that salesman have to help remove those protective plastic and take photo to show management that it’s all removed !!

Congrats to you for your new YM! 

Yep they have been quite obsessed with deterring flipping since last year, with all these new measures, but I don't think they help much. All these popular watches have to be pre-approved for sale by their management, presumably also to prevent flipping.

It is not correct I guess. In my recent purchase (2020), they wrote my name and removed every plastic etc. I bought one from the same shop last year, except name, nothing else was done. Now it seems that they are even stricter for grey market issues.

We all started somewhere bro. Now is a bad time to get popular watches, very different from several years ago. If you are just after 1 or 2 pieces, I think it is better to go grey. Either way, we pay a premium.
