i just sold this datejust albeit with a different dial about a month ago.  
Complete fullset for below market price at only $6,800 to a happy father buying for his son.

in fact i put it out here, but no one wanted it.   If you go back a few pages, you might see it.

This is Ref 116200 36mm Datejust on steel Dome Bezel with a standard silver railtrack stick marker dial

Good choice as it is super hardy timepiece.

Runs on the 3135 caliber, waterproof to 100m.  Comes either in Oyster or Jubilee bracelet.

Most shops are selling it from $7500 to $10,000 depending on age.

i would recommend the newer version Ref 126200 which isnt very much more expensive.

The older ref 116200 was designed in 200X and features rounder plumper proportions

During those years Rolex also introduced the supercase for its sports models.  
all these were not too well received by the purist community. 

by late 201X, Rolex redesigned and relaunched all their watches closer to classic sizes and proportions and powered by newer calibers with longer reserve.  So you may want to consider ref 126200 instead of ref 116200.  
 

however, the railtrack stick dial was discontinued after the 116200, meaning you will not find it on a 126200.

So if you like the railtrack dial, then you have no choice but to stick to the 116200 or older models

Yes this one is.  Veg tan bull leather.  

Almost “waterproof” especially after mink oiling

sweat is 100% no issue , and it doesnt stink up.

its important to pick the right strap for the right watch and the right usage.   Cheers

its been years

Same color as the top.

Even if it darkens , its very normal as this is veg tan leather , not glazed nor colored 

when wet, it will be darker and when dry it will go back to normal color

if you next question is where i got from, ican tellyou it is from a specialty strap maker in Italy. 
Cost was about $125 if i recall correctly.

i used several specialty strap makers.
2 in Italy, 1 in Vietnam. 

you can find similar straps here in Singapore, i believe for similar quality and prices too.

Yup, Vietnam is very common and I believe most online sellers and including reputable watch strap makers use Vietnamese suppliers. Then slap on their own brand premium.

I haven't spent so much on a strap yet, been using stock bracelets 😁

Vietnam craftsmanship for leathers is very good.  It also has availability of exotic skins like croc, alligator, snake, lizard etc...
