The Red Ruby MOP yachtmaster is 2nd edition one. From 1997 to 2008. 
¥4.3mil is quite an okay price, especially if fullset.

I have bought many watches from Japan but always shipped in and fully declared and paid duties

everyone i know who buys in japan, brings it back without declaring.  
women also buy handbags etc from all over the world and i bet none of them declare upon arrival in SG
