People don't see these lights and there is no big warning they are new/installed, at least not big enough, so word needs to go around for people to concentrate more. There is one time I fetched this pr.. Was at midnight and I stopped at turn right lane as the right arrow was red. Then this PR ask me, now green light and no car why don't want to go? I told him yes green light but turn right is red. He get confused and ask like that cannot do a right turn? I have to explain what is red arrow means to drivers.. So I think this atos passengers might also have the same thinking as that pax I fetched.. See green light means go and hack care about the red arrow as they don't know what that is for.. Maybe they are too used to their own country traffic light system as their country might not have this red arrow one.. So perhaps that's they reason why this video was uploaded online.. Coz maybe to that atos driver and passengers.. They might feel they no wrong.. So need to post this video online for justice.. But who knows.. What they post this video is of their disadvantage coz its the atos driver wrong that they don't even know..
