According to the latest Lancet article, it is scientifically proven that COVID19 can be transmitted airborne.

It is a good move to close down dine-in.

Those central aircon one once kena very serious

I got one idea

install up lamps inside all aircon ducts

The cost of material is not high but labour intensive

Last week I was with my kid and we entered a lift with a senior citizen whose mask just covering his mouth.

I dunno what possessed me to glare and gesture to him to pull up his mask. Maybe just too pissed with people who can't follow or tends to forget the rules

Thankfully he promptly pull up his mask.

Lucky you, the senior citizen you met not the 'Who do you represent? Where's your badge' auntie?! If not you would have a hard time. Lol.

Already getting the cheapest workers, where else to find?

The point is not to use these workers in the first place, now use the time to get the job done right......but construction guys are lazy to change and prioritise productivity and efficiency, in comparison to the guys they get to do their work.

Organizations here are out to look for the best margin, why would they even consider alternatives than the cheapest workers we allow them to hire?

We should have started to plan for higher quality, level of jobs for Singaporeans 10 years ahead.

Ivory brains will of course come back with 'we're surrounded by cheaper alternatives' but if it's so straight forward, why do we need million $$ ministers?

This is a result of ownself check ownself and ownself pat ownself

I also had an incident where a food delivery person rushed into the lift just as the door was closing. He was on his PAB just before entering the lift, hence not wearing a mask. When he entered the lift, he was still maskless. Told him to wear his mask if he wants to share the lift with others. Thankfully, he complied.

please understand the difference

if you're frustrated with the covid situation,  vent your anger on the policy makers, those generals, sexperts and high income civil servants.

not the people sweeping your estate, cashiers and doing other minion job

In a class, Mary get 50 mark for her exam paper. The highest is 95, mean is 75, while lowest is 20. Susan, her BFF who usually score better than her also got 50 mark for the same paper.

Guess how would Mary broke the news to her mum when she get home?

Mary: "Mum, I got 50 for my exam! You know Susan also got 50 for this paper, which is really tough. But not bad liao 'cos we have classmate who got only 20."

Does that sounds familiar... :lll._.:

Does this seem similar?🤐

I am very clear who are really responsible for this 2nd wave. The Indians coming in are just the symptoms, but the cause are our highly paid leaders.

But thanks for the timely reminder

Airborne equal aerosols?

mesns n95 Liao?

Including Aerosols.

“Sixth, viable SARS-CoV-2 has been detected in the air. In laboratory experiments, SARS-CoV-2 stayed infectious in the air for up to 3 h with a half-life of 1·1 h.12 Viable SARS-CoV-2 was identified in air samples from rooms occupied by COVID-19 patients in the absence of aerosol-generating health-care procedures13 and in air samples from an infected person's car.14 Although other studies have failed to capture viable SARS-CoV-2 in air samples, this is to be expected. Sampling of airborne virus is technically challenging for several reasons, including limited effectiveness of some sampling methods for collecting fine particles, viral dehydration during collection, viral damage due to impact forces (leading to loss of viability), reaerosolisation of virus during collection, and viral retention in the sampling equipment.3 Measles and tuberculosis, two primarily airborne diseases, have never been cultivated from room air.15”

Use the principle of Negative Pressure Isolation Ward.

Air come in from 1 channel and go out another channel.

Both Channel install HEPA filter
