British players not easy to adjust to Italian soccer. Food and charbos no problem though .... the only "success" i can think of is David Platt

actually english player usually dun do well outside epl.

those big names that go spain?. just pass only i think, even beckham dun win alot of trophy at real.

the most recent 1 i can think of is sancho.

since the decline of seria A i cannot think of any big italian stars outside seria A .most are small signing, u wont expect too much from them.

20 years ago , alot of old players from seria A join chelsea. they do reasonably well. esp zola.

34mil i think is fair price but precisely if we compare with White at 50mil then I would say underprice cos Abraham is a striker though admittedly he is not a current England Intl unlike White but they are both English and about the same age. 16mil differential just cos he is not playing regularly n not a current Intl is too wide a gap. I would say 40mil a fairer price if White is used as the yardstick.

Levy also was reported to hv used White’s 50mil as the benchmark in his pricing for Kane.

yup. if abraham is play regularly at chelsea, given his record can easily worth 50m.

he is another player that chelsea sold because no chance to play first 11. and another player that confirm price will go up.

its a shame he dun fit into tuchel plan

Actually I don’t think Lukaku is also that mobile but just that he seems sharper, more physical and faster so I think he is expected to hold the ball up for Havertz, Mount n the other MFs to play off him which Abraham is reportedly unable to do so.

lukaku is fast , and he make alot of run for through pass like what werner alway do.

abraham is very similar to giroud, they seldom make off the ball run, or run into space. they perfer to ball to pass to their feet and they hold up the ball 

but but...frankly i  must say lukaku give me the impression all these years, he dun take chance well. he miss alot actually.....

doing well is seria A now prove nothing, inter win seria A title.but they cannot even make it pass the group stages in last season UCL .

must cross finger and hope lukaku prove me wrong😐

All I will say, there was a very clear and amicable (in the end) meeting yesterday with all of Kane’s people. Won’t say more than that. Suffice to say he wanted to be available to participate Sunday. Citeh have until 23rd/24th August to come up with a HUGE cash ONLY offer! Or piss off!!!

They have basically insulted us and ‘H’ with players choices, and circa 40m cash (as a guide). The wages those players are on, if we did go for any we like, we would have to up contracts of majority of squad. That alone would increase our wages y around negative 20-30m per year.

They are struggling to get them off their books. That’s the facts. Now make your own decisions. 130m (which was my guess) won’t do it#CashOnly!!!

It sounds like we've put the ball in City's court now. Set a price and a deadline. Can't say much fairer than that. Say to Harry you are welcome here and here's a contract to prove it. If City really want you they'll put their money where their mouth is.

kane want to move but cannot. he is most likely tulan and unhappy.

U got a point on unhappy player, TL etc but @Spurman also not wrong to say put up the cash or shut up cos City did pay £100mil for Grealish n surely Kane is worth more than him. I fear this will end up lose lose situation for all.

Actually if Spurs didn’t hv such a bad relationship with Chelsea, I’m sure Chelsea would hv paid Spurs at least £120mil for Kane n all would hv been happy. Kane gets to stay in London n hv a decent chance of silverware. Spurs get the cash they deserve albeit reluctantly n Chelsea get the striker they crave. City I feel trying to lowball Spurs possibly cos they know dealing with Levy is a pain so start of with low bid which made Levy even more TL.

Pardon me for saying this but Levy's hard nosed reputation also contributed to this outcome. If he has reputation to be fair in negotiations, City I believe won’t lowball him.

Chelsea’s Iron Lady Marina G has a reputation for fair negotiations. It’s been said that if she walks away from a negotiation, it would mean the end of it n so negotiators don’t dare to lowball her at least not at ridiculous low amounts with many unwanted players included. 

Years back Levy’s hard stance with Man United on Berbatov meant United agreed on Levy’s price of £30mil on the last day of the tfr window so Levy did get his price but it was so late that Spurs couldn’t get in a replacement striker n the team suffered. Point here is that u can’t always win in the tfr market. £ is not everything as the club’s needs are always paramount n if it means a few million more or less but at the benefit of the team, then I say it’s fine.
