cam car must thank the vezel for parking at that time, and holding up the cam car for a few seconds, otherwise the vios may have t boned/crashed into the cam car also ..

wonder if the vios driver is drunk or one of those accelerator got stuck cases?

This kind, excuse is accelerator pedal stuck.. slipper stuck, leg cramp.. etc etc.. if i can think of this many, they will think of more..
