Hope all the children indeed did buckled up. My understanding all passenger bus must be equipped with seat belt. Early morning at around 7am, you drive at BKE at the direction of woodlands, you will see those yellow school buses and mini school buses driving at around 100km per hour.... The 60km sticker at the back of the school bus for decoration purpose.... I guess all the school bus drivers know that TP is still sleeping at those hours, it is wild west time. Glad it wasn't as serious as it was reported in the news. International school generally start after 8am. Previously my son preschool was from 9am to 3pm if i remembered correctly.
