If you use Citibank Cashback or Maybank Family and Friends CC at Sinopec, you will get 24% discount + 8% rebate which adds up to 30.08% discount in total. More than SPC discount overall.

Yes there is per month.

Personally I prefer using Maybank F&F CC. Min $500 or $800 spent in a calendar month to enjoy 5% or 8% rebate respectively on transportation, grocery and fastfood. Pretty easy to hit.

Citibank Cashback CC require min $888 spent per statement to get 8% on petrol, grocery, dining @ restaurants/cafe, capped at $322 spent per category.

Bukit Timah still have earlier this week.  Should be ongoing if sinopec continue their 23% discount.

BB one give $5x4 if you buy their abalone. but lowest price plus 18%  site discount...no complaints.
