It's just a rectangular circus lah with additional U-turn like Newton (Dunearn back to Bukit Timah. 

Circus works well for lighter traffic with good driver discipline.

Oh ya, correct my last post - it confuses the f*** of people who are already inside the roundabout. When they see a red light pointing from the side. Because by right once you enter a roundabout, you shouldn't stop at any point within the roundabout!

This one LTA fault. All the roads feeding the roundabout are 2 lanes and the bloody roundabout has 3. What the F for. Also only the out lane can turn as per the arrow. Then even the 2nd lane in the roundabout is useless.
