Student or Dependant passes, not PR otherwise they would rather be clear to say it is revoked.

Keep a watch out for drug lords in your neighborhoods.

Especially those no income but can drive big cars and travel regularly to countries to replenish their stock.

Agreed, a heavy price for such a young age, but.......
