Had been using this company for my old car till sold off recently. The rates are attractive.

Accident claiming no issue at all with a wide range of workshops permitted. You know how it is when some other insurance companies always force you to go back to the AD workshop if you want to claim the repair, and the AD workshop sometimes will take a very long time to do the works, during which period you remain without a car and some don't even have a proper arrangement to assign you a rental car in the meantime.

It's better to have flexibility regarding the workshops. In addition to attractive renewal premium.

Of course my experience was up to 2-3 years ago, whether there are changes since then I wouldn't know.

My broker offered this coy for my old car.. But my friend discouraged, coz last time he claimed a car protected under them, manage to win his claim very easily with minimal resistance.

Ended up going for ECICS instead

Nowadays all insurance the same. All out to get you. $$$ talks. Branded unbranded,  not too much difference.

This is a market of 1m cars with 70+ insurers.

Top 3 insurers take up about half of the market share.

If don’t talk $$$$, I don’t know how to stay profitable.

Isn't AD workshop preferred?

By AD you mean agent/authorised dealer right?

Would gladly get a stock car part from C&C/PML/Eurokars/PA/Komoco than some random workshop who gets an OEM made in taiwan or thailand

You really think AD does all the Repair Jobs on their own Workshop.?For example C&C only does Mercedes Benz Repair in their Pandan Loop Workshop, others Brands usually is Sub to 3rd Party Workshops if i not wrong.

Unker ish driving cheap b&b car only [laugh]

If can go convenient workshop with fast turnaround I am fine already. And they help to claim the damages.

After all car in singapore can use for max 10 years only , priority is to get the car quickly fixed up.
