Maybe that meant non-citizen working there, driving MY registered cars.... or can Thai and SG and Indon pump when crossing borders. So if I go Kuching, rent a car I will need to pay unsubsidised ron 95. Or get cousins to pump Ron 95 for me🤣 I suspect foreign vehicle still cannot pump Ron 95, meant Malaysian PR living here, will be able to enjoy subsidies rates....
