I walked past a traffic light junction and there was 3 cars chain collision.

Ambulance was on sight.

Police was arriving and traffic behind the accident site was blocking the police car.

Police switch on the siren and none of the drivers gave police a f.

While i was making a right turn, i saw bicycle chiong onto traffic island.

I stopped the turning in the middle of opposite direction lane with an oncoming bus.

I only continue when the bicycle stopped on the traffic island.

I ignored the bus.  Only concentrate on the bicycle.

IMO, the bicycle was at fault and totally 100% deserved it. 

Did u guys even count how fast the cyclist came through? He was in frame for 1s and at exactly the 2nd second, he was already hit by the lancer. U think u check u check right, u start moving off, takes how many seconds?
You know that the cam car position showed at least 5m to the right from the zebra crossing right. And obviously the rider rode across the main road junction at this speed.
I'm pretty sure by the time u stopped at the stop line and when u check and cleared, the cyclist would have reached u, thinking u would give way.

The collision was unavoidable, if the lancer had stopped and started moving thinking he checked all clear, he would still have collided.

That doesn't absolve you of legal blame.
If your kids think that the driver is at fault, please give them a few slaps to wake up their idea?

can also see how fast the wheels were spinning, and most cyclist will slow down and brake but instead u can see he was pedaling hard when approaching

There is no intention to stop. This can be observe from the time the cyclist came into view. No turning of heat to check. This frame shows cyclist riding near the edge of the pedestrian walk. By the time the bicycle front view was about to cross, it was almost on the other side of the pedestrian walk (picture above), indicating his peripheral vision must have sighted the car and decided to swerve to the other side in an attempt to beat the car to cross. 

His thought process at the point probably is that if he e-brake, most likely he will hit the side of the car and decided that probably better to lay the blame on the car by being crashed upon.

Cyclist got what he deserved and at the same sabo the driver. 

Lesson for the driver, always look out for this kind of goon and prepare to stop, all the way until car completely passes the zebra crossing.

Parents fault then. Never teach. If unteachable then he suffers being paralyzed. Too bad.
