Hi Eddie, thanks for the info. Are they using internal or external motor would u know? If the motor is inside the door, it's good. But if it's outside the door, then quite ugly liao.

Hey guys,

Sorry for not posting da pics yet... Wait till this weekend b4 I go take a pic of my new Getz...

By da way, the Power windows normal onie, not tat cool.. At da sides, quite funie location, lemme get da pics once again tis weekend..

For a 1.1M, this car makes up for its lack of power with very very low noise, nice control. Quite comfortable at 80-90km/hr... Dun feel underpower here, but then it sure has slower pick-up. This car like da Picanto, but then its more class by da looks and da more spacious interior..

I recommend this car for beginners like myself, lower budget, small family, getting for Pt A to B, low cost, low petrol consumption and most importantly, da right to own a vehicle.. At least U can tell yourself in 3-5yrs after buying this car, U can upgrade to a 1.4 or 1.6CC car then

Congrats on your new ride bro. Definitely appreciate if you can post pics of the power windows. I guess the motor is on the outside?

They are experts at this... I've had one done at their location, its motor is hidden and the buttons are placed on the door handles. The original manual lever is taken out and the hole covered with a piece of rubber too. Good enough worksmanship, i say. [thumbsup]

I suppose so, but haven't done any with them... Oh, by the way, Spurman's Power windows are done at Tong Lee Wee.

Hey thanks!! Good, good...With such fittings, it wouldn't have the aftermarket look!! But in the first place I don't understand why Komoco doesn't fit the power windows in the first place? To cut the price? But cars with at least front power window is a must these days!! Haha... [thumbsup]

I have done power windows conversion for my car liao. Did it for $240 at Pro-RV. The motor is also internal one, hidden behind the door panel.

Worksmanship and service is good! [thumbsup]

Hey, thanks for the pics man!! U driving a Getz? How come I see speed limiter? But whatever it is, the way the power window being done is not as bad as I thought. It seems to me like original fitment, the switches look good too!! Not bad, not bad!! [nod][nod][nod]

Nope, not a Getz. But the shop definitely can do up a Getz, no problem. I asked the boss b4 and he said they can do up any car. I am driving a Toyota Hilux pickup. Yep, I was quite surprised when he show me the switches...it looks good to me too. [thumbsup]

You can go ahead and get the Getz 1.1...dun let the absence of power windows hold you back. Can always do aftermarket one. [;)]

By the way, Getz 1.1 DOES come with front power windows from now... i noticed they installed the power windows switch near the centre power outlet.
