Hi all!

Does the Honda Vezel 1.5L X model come in Crystal Red Colour?

Was there a period where it came in this colour?

Any kind soul care to enlighten?

Thanks guys!

Nope, it shld be out in the 2016 model..

The engine is designed with a tolerance for 20wt oil.  Maybe it is a good idea to stick to 20wt oil.

If scare, can always do used oil analysis.

I'm using 0w20 now.. just wondering if i switch to 0w30 can i switch it back to 0w20 later??

I should be a good person to answer your question.. if you dun mind.

I drove Honda jazz for 8 years+ too

swapped to Vezel in January 2016

I won't share any good points about the Vezel anymore. Too many and they were mostly mentioned by many others already.

Compared to Jazz,... so far in my 2 months of drive,

left view between the left mirror and windscreen is blocked (not sure if they called it the A-pillar), might hinder some viewing when turning. No prob for me so far though since I am already aware of the hidden view and the only time which affects most is when I turn left and down a slope... I can't see if they is any car driving up from the opposite lane... so I need to carefully keep in my lane just in case.

CTBA can be a nuisance but it won't affect a careful driver and it can be turned off anyway.

Interior noise is slightly louder than Jazz. Doesn't really affect me.

Keys that dropped out from your left pocket onto the ground can slide into a hidden area... I took soooo long to find it. Thought I lost it... phew....

ok I am trying to squeeze out some more "problems".... but hmmm....

Bottom Line, a satisfied Vezel owner now.

Some owners may feel more comfortable with their preferred workshop.

I am using Hitachi Capital at Kaki Bukit and so far no complains.

Going there for servicing again this sat and I like their reception area, big with nice pantry reception.

Hitachi Capital is your PI workshop?

Leco at Ubi

Not bad.

I receive within a month.

There will be a lot of other choices if coe dropped to such levels bro. But on the other hand, a bit tough for coe to drop to such...too much demand still.

any bro bought their ride from leco? wld like to find out more on the loan arrangements and delivery time.

As with another bro, got it within a month as well. Loan arrangement wise, I think their side stick strictly to the 50 - 50 rule, so can't do much there.

Anyway, only got to know their vezel don't come with the radio control on wheel after purchase. Didn't check hard enough before that.

Btw to other bros, is there a way to automatically have the auto engine off/on function permanently off? Getting quite irritating and have to manually remember to press it every time.

Yes the blind spots can be a nuisance when not used to it.. haha

For the left side, u can buy those seat pockets or covers.. Qoo10 sells alot..

Last major problem, compartments are small and limited.. haha

Its a security feature i think, but unless u install 3rd party auto start stop.. i understand where u come from, cus i dun smoke in my car, so everytime i gotta put my ciggs outside, open the door, step inside n hold brake to start engine..

I read on one of the vezel fb page that there's a device you can install to permanently switch off the auto start/stop. However, it costs about $200 and one of the members commented that it's not worth the price and he'll rather use his finger to press it daily. I agree with that too  [nod]

haha.. you are spot on bro.

somehow Honda decides to remove the holding spaces below the glove box (passenger seat) and below the panels...(driver seat)

I seen the recent Honda Mobilio, also removed.

My old Jazz has those and very handy to keep tissues, coupons and all sorts of junk! haha

nevertheless I feel I can still do with that.

Nice Vezel!

I also turn it off whenever i start driving. It's kind of dangerous if there are times you need to speed up but the engine is still switching on haha, thus i turn it off. The FC i still can maintain 15km/l anyway.

I am still thinking what level should i top up the battery water. I cannot see where is the plates. it's 3 weeks old now.

Have you top up your battery water, how old is your car now?

I also top up $150 for the audio control.

to be honest, i still do not know my CTBA is working or not.

So far when i reach gantry, nothing happen.

How to test? what will happen?

CTBA is on by default.

To test it, next time you approach the gantry, get closer to the barrier, you should hear beeping sound. The yellow CTBA sign will flash on your dashboard as the beeps gets more "excited".

And if you still continue to inch closer (especially if you step a little on the accelerator), the brakes will kick in.
