tkpang Neutral Newbie September 12, 2016 Share September 12, 2016 My wife and I were down to Kah Motoors Ubi showroom today 12.9.16 to take a look of the HR-V LX. A lady SE attended to us to discuss the price package and trade-in of our car. She said the HR-V price was $127,999 and for this holiday weekend Kah Motors was giving out goodies A-Z (all those mentioned in SGCarMart as their standard promo till 16Sept16). In order to push her sales she stressed that the "upgrade to guaranteed COE" would end today and we had to pay $3000 even we came back tomorrow. We signed all the document & put down $11000- after her push. Later at home we search the Web and found out all her lies - price of car is only $112,999.- & guaranteed COE offer is till 16Sept.The HR-V LX is worth for the price of $112,999 but not $127,999.- I like this small SUV but the SE's push sales tactics and lies about promo are against CASE guidelines. Inflating the car price to offer higher price for the trade-in car and get higher bank loan are criminal offence. The sales lady is using the pushing tactics to close the deal and she tells lies in order to induce the customers to accept the deal even it is against the law. Everyone visiting Kah Motors showroom must be sure of all the facts and offering mentioned by the SE. Most of the official dealers will have the published prices of all their models on this website and the SE is not suppose to sell above the published price. They should be selling you NETT price which is $112,999. You have her contact, just check with her again. Have you signed the vehicle sales agreement form? (the green form). There should be a breakdown of everything. Just make sure whatever that's promised to you is all stated in there.
therock Supersonic September 12, 2016 Share September 12, 2016 You should complain! At Leng Kee the price list was handed out. $112k and you can haggle. Don't take it lying down bro
hyperlite Neutral Newbie September 12, 2016 Share September 12, 2016 BTW, bros...where to buy the car boot tonneau cover? The PI SE said it has to be purchases separately...:-( You can try browsing through carousell... there are a few sellers there.

Wiiuwii 1st Gear September 13, 2016 Share September 13, 2016 WW, got your part replaced? what did your PI tell you?I thot i read that models were pre 2016. Hw, based on this article not true leh. Anyways, i just ask my PI check if my baby is affected or has the part replaced. fyi, other vezel owners, check your chasis number and with your PI. http://www.carsandstars.com.sg/honda-recalls-160000-fit-and-vezel-vehicles/ Haven't got it replaced yet. Almost forgot about it
AhChong 2nd Gear September 13, 2016 Share September 13, 2016 10 litres for 100 km is still good for a mid size sedan in Singapore traffic conditions. Hopefully it gets better with time and oil change. Will test out the sports mode after run in. This is possibly the longest car I have driven. therock Supersonic September 13, 2016 Share September 13, 2016 Actually with a ratio of more than 20:1 Vezel to HRV, I wonder how will the resale value of the car be judged? It may be a few more years before they appear on the market, but something to see... Will the HRV have a higher resale? Or Will buyers just look for a cheaper Vezel? Ara 1st Gear September 13, 2016 Share September 13, 2016 @tkpang. Looks like the SE didn't explain the breakdown to you. I had this confusion too when I got mine. I wanted to call my SE to clarify but on closer look. The list price is $127,999 but after this and that discount, the nett price would be $112,999. Give a call to your SE if you cannot figure out the discount part. I don't think KM will sell you at $127,
kudobear Clutched September 13, 2016 Share September 13, 2016 Auto start stop. It looks identical across all car brands. Thank you bro. I drove the 8th Gen Civic before scrapped and that did not come with this feature. I reckon nowadays all new JA cars have this feature thrown in, thanks again for the advice. You can try browsing through carousell... there are a few sellers there. Thanks bro :-) I will check it out later

In recent times, ppl have associate the Vezel as a Uber/Grab.
