HRV is neither Vezel X and S.

HRV is more Vezel X with the same 16" rim.

HRV is more Vezel S with paddle shift.

HRV is more Vezel Z with same colour fender.

So I actually don't know what is HRV.

It's a crossover XSZ ;)

Mine is the basic vezel model. Full halogen. I know where to buy the led headlights. But has anyone done the conversion? Is it plug and play? Which workshop to recommend?

Need to change the entire light housing with the LED bulb. As for LTA, I think they sure confused about the different grades,made in thailand, made in japan, HRV, Vezel, hybrid, XYZS. At the same time, might as well change the rear lamp to LED like the hybrid version.

You will need to weigh up the factors:

HRV

- safe AD treatment

- servicing

- COE bidding

Vezel:

- price can be lower but there are more variables

- customisable

- no intention of going to AD to service

Hi bro, KM HR-V = PI S model minus minor features, what are the minor feature, dun mind to share.

I heard the SE said Vezel CEVS rebate is 10K.

Is that 10k for all Vezel mod?

SLK, Vezel S is the souped up version of the Vezel X. Below is an article on the what S has more compared to X. Note there is also a diff between HRV and HRV LX, that is why I compared the LX to the S.

http://www.------.com/pi-car-features/9900/honda-vezel-1.5-s-i-vtec

Below is a list of diff based IMO , i am sure there are more that can be quoted;

Exterior:

Contrasting gunmetal grey lower body cladding

X - unpainted black plastic lower body cladding in black

S - painted cladding in a smart-looking gunmetal grey

HRV LX - same body color lower cladding

X - 16

S - 17

HRV LX - 16

Roof rails

X - none

S - Yes

S - Yes (factory fitted)

HRV LX - Yes

X - No

S - Yes

HRV LX - No

HRV LX Yes

Airbags

X- 8     S - 8   HRV LX - 4

Carbon emission & CEV rebates (differ based on models)

X - 113   --> 5k

S - 121 -->10k

https://www.lta.gov.sg/apps/news/page.aspx?c=2&id=8aa03b88-409f-4852-b2df-09077e101468

Optionals based on negotiation with PI includes tonneau(boot) cover, HU with GPS/Bluetooth, leather seats, front and back recording cams, visors, window film, warranty, servicings..etc.

Whereas most of the above are likely to included for KM, thus the higher price tag.

Bro thanks for the input, quite detail;

SGCarmart state Hr-v CEVS 5K, and KM SE also told me it is 5K;

But refer to the LTA website spec, emission 129 falls 10K CEVS rebate.

According to the comparison, KM HR-V spec is somewhat between Vezel X and S model. It's consider quite good deal if want to avoid PI.

@SGCMtigger.. Good detail comparison.

More sharing and updates.

Airbags

X- 8 S - 8 HRV LX - 4 > 6

I think the facelift X also drop to 6.

As I remember a YouTube video by JDM stating the same 6 airbags.

Carbon emission & CEV rebates (differ based on models)

X - 113 --> 5k

S - 121 -->10k

HRV LX - 129 --> 10k > 5k

I seconded to @Selanking comment.

There are several differences to the AD LX model. The most notable ones are the factory leather seats compare to locally fitted leather. There is also the 7 inch screen compare to the DX 5 inch. The other is the paddle shifter. However I don't think i would use that thou. It would become a white elephant. Same like the Honda Sensing for the Vezel. Heard it's becoming a white elephant.

Also the rims...15 inches for DX and 4 less airbags for DX.

For HRV some items not right

- Aluminium peddle yes

- rear view no auto dim

- auto Wing mirror? auto fold? don't have auto fold

Both DX and LX 16 inches rim.

Differences:

DX less airbags,no roof rail, bottom bumper not body colored, HU display is 5 inches instead of 7 inches, vanity mirror no illumination, no paddle shifter, gear knob is urethane instead of leather, leather seats not from factory.

Honda Sensing is one of the best feature of new FL model. I use it everyday, simply love the cruise control, best. cmbs save a couples of occasion by braking in time. lkas steer my car back when my car too near next lane.

btw, i'm owner and fan of honda sense, and in no relation to PI/AD

From KM SE, HR-V LX 6 airbag, 2 front, 2 from front seats, 2 curtain airbag cover front to rear each side.

What are the 8 airbag for Vezel ?

KM HR-V DX&LX so far dun have city driving assist function, called CTBA, not sure the name correct or not.

That is the downside of Hr-V, lack of this kind of important practical safety feature.

If you need the car to assist in your driving, get from PI. The only KM model that comes with honda sensing is the Legend. I am happy with hrv, no need to press so many buttons every time i start engine.

I did not make it clear, it's City brake assist not the Honda sensing.

It's good to have on HR-V, my personal op.

Many vezel drivers turn it off, some even spend money to install device to switch it off automatically. My friend's vezel auto zham brake when going up mscp, lucky no car following him closely. Some just leave it on but change their driving habit to try not to activate it. Personal preference whether you need it or not.
