  1. Siala, SQ price all time high now this is the only way the food delivery rider can fly. What happened? A food delivery rider on Tanjong Rhu Road had a nasty accident while trying to make a right turn, as he was obscured by another car from the view of an approaching taxi, leading to a T-bone collision. The food delivery rider was going to enter what seems to be a condominium when a yellow taxi appears out of nowhere and slams into the bike. The rider was sent flying off the bike, its parts flying across the road while he landed headfirst on his helmet. That helmet probably saved his life, as we see him get up soon after the crash. Bro said nothing would stop him from delivering the food: I hope whoever he delivers to gives him a big tip. Online chatter People are saying it’s the rider’s fault due to not checking his own blind spot. In my opinion, that’s fair enough since they’re already cutting across many lanes and would be blocked by the grey car. The taxi shouldn’t have all the blame since they don’t seem to be speeding and clearly made an attempt to stop. ========= Be the first to get the latest road/ COE news and get first dibs on exclusive promos and giveaways in our Telegram SGCM Community. 2. TL:DR – An impatient lorry driver tries to beat the red light at a cross junction but ends up t-boning and wrecking a Mercedes instead. A horrific accident happened earlier today (9th Feb) at 2.23pm at Choa Chu Kang. It could have all been avoided if the lorry driver had shown some patience. Here’s the video: Rekt Not going to go into too many details, but the lorry certainly did a number on the Mercedes. If it were a lighter car, like a Honda Fit for example, it would have been flung down the bridge. How’s the driver? There are no updates about the driver or the occupants of the Mercedes, but we hope everyone’s okay. Patience please? Is it too hard to ask people to have some patience when they drive? If the lorry driver had just waited for a minute or two, this could have all been avoided. Online Chatter Interesting theory. Might be true. Right? I agree. Sounds like this person speaks from experience. ======== Receive a $10 PayNow for every submission we publish on Facebook! Simply WhatsApp us ➡️https://bit.ly/3c6JERA
  3. Unlike our previous blog post, this is neither weird nor uncommon. Unfortunately. Shot earlier today from an unknown camera vehicle, a red light-beating mini lorry which was carrying an unspecified number of passengers at the back, flipped when a taxi smashed into it. The accident happened at the junction of Tanjong Katong South and Mountbatten road with the driver of the Transcab taxi appearing fazed but unhurt. The video, which was post by SG Road Vigilante, did not mention what injuries there were and how many were hurt but we could see at least two passengers emerging from rear of the lorry after it was on its side. Obviously, this was the fault of the lorry driver and the netizens wasted no time slamming him online. One of them even put up a good point on why are people still allowed to sit on the rear of lorries where there are no seat belts. We wish everyone who was hurt in the accident a speedy recovery.
