Cases like drive with coupon tabs folded but stopped by TP = $8K fine........If Drive happily during peak hours without coupon = some kind of fine. Caught in carpark just 5mins after 7am = $300 fine. Vesfreq Neutral Newbie March 9, 2007 Share March 9, 2007 Even inside carpark after 7am also can kena?! Heard one bro ask whether can drive opc to washing bay in the mscp during peak hour period. Apparently, its a no-no too. Thats the price to pay for having an opc. Inconvenience and all kinds of trouble to take care of, esp after enjoying the 17k discount from garment. Upside is that later on convert back to normal car, can save on the interest incurred on bank loan. Downside is that the money to convert back to normal car must pay cash. I think they have the right to catch OPC offenders too. Im guilty of washing my car many times at the washing bay during day hours without coupons. Day-time my MSCP like ghost town. Very few cars.
