1. Moving to a flat in couple of months, wanted to find out how do you guys store your bicycles at home? for good citizenship, don't intend to park the bicycle at common areas or along corridor.

2. Is there a creative way or a special mounting method to mount several bicycles in an organized way at home?

Please advise me. Thank you very much.

Regards,

Which bicycle shop got sell such hooks? And how much was it?

I spent alot of time designing a hook with pulley + rope. Bought all the spare parts, ready to install.....then I procrastinate for a few years and now I don't need to install liao coz I've just rented out my whole flat. [:|]

any bike which is remotely usable is at risk of being stolen if parked outside. lock only makes it harder, but bike thieves are pretty quick nonetheless..

i use the wall mounted hook also [:)]

1. I wonder how much would a topeak costs me?

2. I was toying with the idea to simply mount a dual hooks on the wall to hold the bicyles one top of the other. So the wall can hold 2 bikes.

Just yesterday I saw one selling at Homefix DIY shop. It's has a pulley and a rope and has a fixture/strap holding the bike frame, the mounting is on the ceiling. So u raise the bike up to the ceiling by pulling the rope and tie it somewhere. Much like raising a flag.

It's good if your ceiling is high.

I m not sure how it cost. Boon Bike is d distributor 4 Topeak.

Bike stand allow u d flexibility. If shift again, juz move d stand together.

4 wall mount, u might need 2 remove it from d wall. Patch d hole & paint on it.

1. [:/] don't think can get use to the feeling or sight of something that mount on the ceiling and you have to walk underneath it.

2. Anyway, I can always take a look if it means space saving for me. Which Homefix did you see it? Thanks.
