What is the point of airbags, rigid body and all if the driver will fly out?

But to each his own.

I love this little car for it's retro looking design

What's more the low CG and short wheel base makes this little toy car perfect for windy roads with practically little or no body roll...

I just find it a bit toyish. Park beside one before, and my small 1.6L Optra look like a giant besides it. Heck, even me, medium frame at 1.74 look giant beside it. I really wonder how it fits those 1.8m and above.

I have test drive and am ok with the performance,

I tested a 1.5 YO Copen, happy with size and performance, not the best, but car is too CUTE to resist.

 

Pls advise, any copen owners out there who can advise me?

 

Now 1.5 YO Copen, approx 52k

I got quoted $2k for it, what B***S***!!!

 

If is the same insurance price as a mini cooper S, I would rather get a cooper S.

Yes, nice cute car. This car can be tuned to 130HP and 180NM, HKS-style. Given that it's only 840kg, it will probably fly with 180NM, despite the small 660CC engine, and it can probably pace many larger cars on the road.

the cars it overtook had their hazard lights on... they were not running or on cooldown/warm up laps.

 

The white GTR would eat it for lunch breakfast and dinner.

 

There is a copen with a 1.3L TC transplant in SG last time. Couldnt touch a FD2R even with all that mods.

 

I have owned this car before. Loved it for everything else but the practical part.

 

If u have issue with the roof, very very very few people have the know how on how to fix it. Mine would not open its top unless i gun the engine a little, changing every possible thing didnt help until i gave up.

The boot is pathetic with the roof down, u can just about fit in a shoe box and maybe a scarf?!?! definately cant fit in a laptop unless u own a really small 1. For those who like to carry around stuff in their boot will never be able to bring the top down. (I always carry a foldable director's chair and my football gear, the copen definately cant fit all these with roof down)

 

That having said, the car is a blast to drive, agile and nifty, damn easy to sidewalk park too :)

 

Get it if its ur second car, its a terrible choice for first car...
