Fitvip Supersonic March 29, 2009 Share March 29, 2009 Instead of carrying 1 big jerry can, do it with 2 half size one, one on either hand, more balanced and easier to carry! ↡ Advertisement

Hotamp 3rd Gear March 29, 2009 Author Share March 29, 2009 Wa... u must be really strong to carry 20L all the way down..and likely not only 1 trip. Anyway, bro, be it pail or jerry can, good to invest in a trolley lah. Not worth risking a back injury because of washing car. thanks bro for your concern , my flat is in those old estate, car park and lift just stone throw away....no problem. just for discussion purposes, as pointed out by one of the forumer, weight of water is approx. 1kg/liter, so it really doesnt matter if i carry it using a pail, water trailer or a jerry can....it is the volume i need to adjust for myself.... comparatively i find it easier to transport water using jerry can than pail because they is no spillage. of course if it is too heavy to lift i will also not fill up fully. once a month sunday afternoon just take 2-3 trips up and down the flat to give my ride a simple wipe down, then monday to work :)

Josho 1st Gear March 29, 2009 Share March 29, 2009 connect ur hose from CP to house? (if u staying low level) maybe just make an effort to go any MSCP and wash lo. But dun wash too clean because later rain come, dirty again. =)
Drumstick Clutched March 29, 2009 Share March 29, 2009 You may want to look closely at the blocks around you.... Coz I remember hearing that for all estate that does not have a MSCP washing bay, actually have installed the tap at the void deck. Look closely at blocks with the RC center. Should be quite near to the letterbox, lift area nearest to carpark. Coz I have seen quite a number of water dispenser costing 20 cents. But only available like around 1 out of 5-8 block radius. Sony 1st Gear March 30, 2009 Share March 30, 2009 Mustafar selling it for the same price as advertised, S$288. I saw it there on friday when I went window shopping. From what I see, the water is not really that powerful.. can't really compare it to a real hose but in term of water usage, it might be better.. frankly, using pail to wash wasted more water than hose if you ask me..
