Civic2000 Supercharged December 22, 2009 Share December 22, 2009 Zao Pao has a detailed report on his case. He is a hardcore criminal. According to Police, he has previous criminal records involving armed robbery, impersonating as a public officer, cheating, mischief, criminal breach of trust, farcifying documents etc. And he has now pleaded guilty to 10 charges involving cheating, driving without a driving licence, speeding and causing the death of a pedestrian, and failure to render help after accident; etc The prosecutor said that he is not remorseful at all and requested the Court impose stiffer sentence against him. Can you imagine that a youth of 25 years old has a string of criminal records. In the interest of the public, he should be put behind the bar for a long period of time. David Clutched December 22, 2009 Share December 22, 2009 I was wondering if the police could have found that he does not possess a valid driving licence when he was making the report?
Safetyleo Neutral Newbie December 22, 2009 Share December 22, 2009 See what kind of police report he made, it could be an online lost/found report...so no one would check, right?
1fast1 Supersonic December 22, 2009 Share December 22, 2009 (edited) More importantly, why did the rental company release the car on the strength of a "police report" of lost licence? Shouldn't it be no valid licence, no talk, no car? Edited December 22, 2009 by Turboflat4
