Ender Hypersonic October 1, 2010 Share October 1, 2010 One of the best things on earth! Cows are on the same level... How about the coconut water from fresh coconut, like the thai variety which is rather sweet.. Aren't they high in sugar? ↡ Advertisement

I usually throw the water away. Unless I'm having it after a heavy exercise session. It's a "good" 100 plus...
Xtrocious 1st Gear October 1, 2010 Share October 1, 2010 Don't forget the $10 roast pork! Yup, all my friends say I should join eating competitions... Not unless they are competing on pure meat products...hahah If you can, try and catch Man V Food season 3 the first episode... He whacked down a porterhouse steak the size of a bike saddle in under 20 minutes and thankfully no sides
Chickenbackside 1st Gear October 1, 2010 Share October 1, 2010 Absolutely right. No crap like mash or fries... 20 mins is rather quick, but if I'm hungry, I'm confident that I can do it. As for the amount, easy. It's only a 48oz steak. I have eaten 74oz of steak in one sitting before. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DeQp-vj76Ys...feature=related

That's why I'd rather "spend" it on better things like veggies and coconut milk. Of course, it really depends on how much strenuous activity I had on a particular day. But hey, everyone has different priorities... If you like it and it improves the quality of your life, I say drink it!
Xeryh 3rd Gear October 1, 2010 Share October 1, 2010 My view is the same as yours, I rather spend it on other things Really like fruits and prefer to spend them on little fruity treats once a while (and in small quantities ) I try to keep my carb intake to under 20g per day. Chickenbackside 1st Gear October 1, 2010 Share October 1, 2010 Woah...72oz? hahah That's nearly 2kg worth of red meat - sounds like pure heaven but doubt I am ready for it yet 2.1kg to be exact. I recounted the story before. I was in LA 2 months ago at my friend's place, and we had a good ol' fashioned BBQ in his backyard. Told him to prepare enough meat for me cos I'm a big eater. He brought out a food scale to see how much I can actually eat. I ate 2.1kg worth of ribeye and T-bone steaks that night. Of course had some sides of salad and soup and other insignificant stuff too. It was good. Very full but not like when you eat too much pasta. It's a very calm and comfortable kind of fullness.
