Simple buffet or dining is fine. was initially looking at dockside or yacht solemnization however, the period that i be doing, happens to be the monsoon period hence not advisable.. the initial budget was looking at $4k-$3k. I don't want hotels, CC. I'm looking for ambiance and that uniquely taste. I just want it to be something special as i'm not doing any wedding in singapore.. traditional wedding will also be sometime later.. i have wrote to bliss cafe at central, wanna open up more options and let my partner choose. I did mine 4 years ago ah.. so based on memory... 3k tops(include JP but only had abt 20pax). They do have wet weather alternative at a smaller pool somewhere inside(more like a garden).
