Usually we will be able to get in-house loan if we buy car from 2nd hand car dealers.

What about if we buy direct from car owner?

Where to apply loan? Is it at 2.2% now?

Thanks

I wonder if the 0% down actually is based on the inflated before discount rack price then the PHV man actually get some upfront cash when he drive off.

A normal car buyer can also get a PHV licence, register a company, "pretend" to be a PHV driver and take advantage of this?

A brand new car for $0!

I am sure this will be attractive to many.

For sure

This will certainly keep coe prices sky high

I doubt this scheme even needs a registered Co., or sole proprietorship.

Thing is, most only see the $0dp.

Never factor the insurance cost for a PHV. [R10/Z10 insurance is definitely more than P10 insurance]

Then there's road tax after the first 6mth free. [Easy easy yearly 1.2k n above for Cat A EV]

Annual inspection then comes from year 1 onward.
