Some does ship overseas, others don't coz it's a US restriction. not amazon.

oak USA need to ship from their office to borderlinx building. This may take up 1 to 2 weeks. Once the item arrived at borderlinx, they will send the buyer an email. The goods can be store for 30 days foc in borderlinx, so meanwhile u can continue do yr online shopping to fully utilize the shipping fees n storage. At least that's what I do.

its my lst time buying thru borderlinx.

 

i placed the order

the shipment arrived at their hub

but apparently, its not updated in their system

 

it shown, card waiting for approval. I have chased them for it

 

then every two days, chased the customer service for an update, what they did was to send a reminder email to internal...

then ding dong for 1 week plus

only on the 3rd week, then its updated inside their system..

 

now i discovered some defect on my oakleys....

i have already emailed them...

telling them of the so called defects,

damned....

 

see if they are willing to rectify for me or not....

cos i cannot find the available screw driver to adjust myself...

dont want to spoilt the item too...

you can consider borderlinx to place an order for u (as some USA stores requires a USA credit card and borderlinx will order for u, charge to your citibank credit card).

 

afterwhich, the supplier will send the item to borderlinx office and borderlinx will use DHL to send the item to your house.

sorry to intrude into this thread. Since I am thinking of buying online something else. What happen if no one is around at home when the DHL courier came? Can it be direct to somewhere else for pickup or can I specified the arrival time of the courier agent. Thanks

i have bot 2 items from amazon delivered via borderlinx. Both times their favourite delivery time is at 9pm.

 

Think its the best time for them cos daytime they deliver to commercial customers?

I'm using Hopshopgo which is basically a tie-up beween Comgateway and Paypal. Good if you have a Paypal account to get some discounts in the shipping charges. Their online chat has been pretty responsive and helpful to all my queries thus far.
