I have a pump and spray bottle with diluted dettol inside

I use it to clean the toilet everyday by spraying, the use a cloth to wipe

Yesterday, I saw a roach in toilet

So I use the detottl to spray on that fellow

He can move but hide under the cardboard

Overturn and die

How come diluted dettol this fellow will die?

Cockroaches breath through its back. With dettol blocking its lung, confirm die 1.

I use dettol spray on cockroach

I simply call to the pest service

So is it cheap to hire a pest service in Canada?

If need to call pest service means your house is infested with lots of cockroaches and lizards?

Have anyone seen the lizard in the house eating up normal-sized cockroaches?

After I see an increase in the number of lizards in my house, there seems to be no more cockroaches.

Is that a coincidence?

Do not run after the cockroaches and spray insecticide so excessively.

Use a broom to flip over the cockroaches first and once it has overturned, just give it a small spray.  Yes, just a little, small spray.

About the broom?  The length must be longer than 1.8 meters.  Safety-distancing.

Yes 1.8m, I am very afraid of cockroaches.

Actually, detergent spray would do the job too.

No need to use the insecticide when see cockroaches la, just take a fly swatter and hit on the cockroach. Or if can find newspaper/magazine also can. 😅

For me it is like this

1. roaches- insecticide or rolled up newspaper to whack.

2. Lizards: sticky pads with some food. Bits of bak kwa seems to work well. Or newspapers to whack if I’m in the mood.although I hate scraping up the bits of smashed lizard and it’s tail.
3. rats: rat glue on a cardboard with toasted dried cuttlefish. Attracts them like ants to sugar.

One night, my daughter cried out when she saw one roach...i gung-ho rolled up some newspapers and did a dive to try hit it...needed to pay a visit to my company doctor the next day...hurt my elbow due to the dive...

That happened during the recent Olympics...watched too much volleyball games then 😅
