For wagon, there’s now premium n luxury version. With the premium version, looks like we be seeing more wagons on the road? Anyone knows the difference btw premium n luxury models?

If i can sell a model by thousands to a PHV or a taxi company, i dont think they can be bothered about selling to consumers. Though margin might be lower to sell volume but the economy of scale is good enough to offset the retail sale effort.

Yes, precisely. Mazda Japan will judge them on the numbers sold in the end. Who cares whatever image or if to phv or consumers.

I believe is due to the marketing strategy. They wish to sell first batch to get road presence. The standard selling 94800. I top up rest for executive. The omv is same as previous batch that my colleague got for the older executive model.

Yes is open cat to be used and that why i can get car by end july. I got 5 foc service, premium rike cool solar film, two way in car camera german brand, paint protection, 1k service credit and 3m car mat. Additional cash 200 from salesman to stop my bargaining. 100k or three year warranty.

94800 is with trade in or without?

This has made those that bought M6 over the last few months (thinking it was a bargain as TEK clearing old stock) esp I felt silly. Buying an old model with poor noise insulation at a significantly higher price.

Those who bought the old models recently are still not too bad as the prices were slashed. But not too fair to those who bought over the last few months. Nonetheless, the older model is an improved 2017.5 model and I understand that the sound insulation has improved from the 2016 and older model. Still not that bad la. :)

Not sure how the 2018 model fare in sound insulation and I cannot find any info on that.

Yeah! Need to wait for Bros who has driven both old n new models. YouTube has a few reviews though. I like the Taiwanese car reviews. Informative.

The pricing for the new Mazda 6 is really attractive. For the TOP range models, the 360 camera, heads up display on windscreen, cyclinder deactivation are really nice to heave features.

However, I prefer the older 19inch rims. For those who bought the older stocks recently, pricing is still not as bad (10 to 20k lesser). But really dunno y TEK priced the new models so attractive. Maybe priced to sell!

You can go youtube for some of the latest review.

Generally, not much has changed in regards to sound insulation but there are improvements to other areas. After all, this is just a facelift.

People who go for this car would not have this as top priority as the car has other strengths.

For me I'm quite happy I paid $15k less for the 2017.5 model 2.5L vs the new one cos I don't really need the extras that comes with the new model. Except maybe the 360 camera.

The 2.0 price is very good. But heard from friend who test drove that still under powered.

For the recent offer, The 2.5L sedan is a better deal than the wagon. But I think it’s still a not bad deal for the old model wagon. I would love that 360 camera as well as the brake hold feature. Before I bought the wagon, did a research on the new model. Realised its more of a facelift than a complete makeover so dun mind getting the old model still.

For those buying Mazda cars, you can do an online AIG online driver risk assessment to lower ur AIG premium.

Ya. I find the Leng kee sales not too friendly too when I visited them last week.

So the experience in the new Mz6 is almost the same as the older one? Probably the visible ones are the active display on the windscreen and the front grille. The overall appearance hard to differentiate btw the 2018 n 2017.5 models.

I Nv test drove the 2.0l. From the specs, looks pretty good. Y underpowered?

Hi just wondering if the 2.5L is underpowered? Seen quite a few reviews which seemed to say that the 2.5T addresses the issue of lack of power

Old & new same feel

2.0 executive not come with brown leather

Power lagging even on sport mode,

My previous non-turbo Harrier with similar specs & more heavy body then M6 better

Hi just wondering if the 2.5L is underpowered? Seen quite a few reviews which seemed to say that the 2.5T addresses the issue of lack of powerð¤; canât seem to find many reviews on the 2.5 NA....

According to specs, 10.4 secs for 2.0 and 8.4 secs for 2.5l. I think 2.5l just right for me cos been driving a 11 secs car for past years. Haha.

You can still find 2.5l mz 6 reviews on YouTube. Feedback mostly just right but turbo version will be better. Too bad TEK didn’t bring in the turbo version (tho will be overpriced) but would be nice to test drive it.
