Has any claim for loss of use from Auto insurance. I am finding that work shop need to quote and then insurance assesor need to approve. The problem is the work shop EuroKar took more then a week but no sound no picture.  Is this standard process or just my insurance company is not good? I am using AIG.

Claiming against third party’s insurance or your own insurance? If it’s against a third party it’ll definitely take longer.

Keep all your receipts in the meantime.

Agent is like this, the best if is the other Party's 100% Fault,or else claim own Insurance first.

If claim against your own insurance and no contest on liability it shouldn’t take so long. Better go and bang table.

Hi, did anyone encounter when lifting the wiper stalk to MIST, instead of a single sweep, it will sweep multiple times? (The swipe pattern is random, 1x,3x,5x, up to 10x) TIA

You should check which windshield repair company is under your insurer, call them and ask if they can claim repair FOC for you.
