Hello everyone.

My 2014 model Mazda 6 needs a headlight replacement. Not just the bulb but the whole casing.

Can anyone recommend a spare parts stockist to contact?

Thank you.

So Sungei Kadut still have? You mean one of those motor workshops in that area?

I remember in the old days, Kranji use to have those scrap yards where you can go hunting...

Hi @Jungus

I bought my headlights (only the casing, excluding the bulbs, connectors and cables) with Sin Guan Hin Auto Parts as 24 Veerasamy Rd, Singapore 207329.

You need to call them before heading down as they might not have the parts on hand. They are Mazda stockist and do not provide any servicing.

Each headlight: $390 per side (before GST)

I bought them thinking my headlight was faulty but my workshop fixed the problem without changing the casing. So I sold the casing on carousell.

Hi,

Any recommendation of workshop and type of tyres to change for 2018 Mazda 6?

Tyres are still look Ok as mileage is quite low especially due to Covid and WFH, but thinking since it is already 4 years so wanna change. Not sure if this is needed since last service at TEK in Aug itself they didn’t mention it.

And as the rear in car camera (Blaupunk) that came from TEK as part of car purchase spoilt so thinking of changing it also.

Thanks

Guess will follow suit globally.

Nice exterior and interior but non available turbo version in simplepore would hv been great .. NA version is simply underpowered with resulting non performance and noisy engine when pushed .. albiet excellent FC.

writing was on the wall due to global implosion of the mid-size sedan market.

All the USA makers have exited this segment.

Sonata also struggled even with their new model, Nissan seems to have quietly walked away

Only left Camry and Accord to dominate the remaining scraps

No ah, Audi with their A4/6/8, BMW with their 3/5/7 series and Mercedes with their C/E/S classes are all sedans that look to be going strong.

Mazda really give me headache. 145k mileage capacitor gone, car left 4.5+ years to go.  Anyone replaced brand new capacitor recently - any recommendation?
