To pay the last respect to a fellow human being all you have to do is be sincere. You put aside the differences and pay your last respects.
Atrecord Supersonic March 14, 2017 Share March 14, 2017 When qing ming starts ah? Heard is from Apr? Found this: 通过日历我们可以清楚的看到2017年清明节气时间为4月4日,星期二。阴历:农历丁酉年甲辰月辛酉日(三月初八)。 But i already went on Sun, for round 1. This (my father's side) is usually early, to avoid the crowd when it approaches the actual date. One more (my mother's side) on the horizon. Also must avoid the crowd, maybe late... Daryllim69 5th Gear March 14, 2017 Share March 14, 2017 Can Christians attend chinese funeral? Can they look after d body of deceased person (with the Chinese chanting in place) till d burial day? Why not? You may be a Christian while your relative may not be one. But that does not change the fact that he is your relative. Religion may be different but the blood that flows within is the same.

Still2016 Twincharged March 14, 2017 Share March 14, 2017 Can Christians attend chinese funeral? Can they look after d body of deceased person (with the Chinese chanting in place) till d burial day? I feel there is some inconsistency. When State Leaders pass on, such as LKY, the country (people) not only look after the deceased person till burial day (cremation), we lined up then bow with some clasped their hands like in prayers when they reached the casket, some knee because they were overwhelmed. It was all done, because we respect the person and not because we are praying to the person. Furthermore, we have canons or rifles firing off in honour of the decrease. So if all these were done for an ordinary citizen would it be wrong for anybody to show respect. ↡ Advertisement
