As a reminder to all again.. Why see flood till cannot see road kerb.. Please don't continue to drive and take risk.. See my above post. In that video 3 car infront kanna lao. Gg..

Also if car happened to stall in the flood, DO NOT ever go and restart the engine. Just leave the car as it is, even if the flood dies of, don't restart engine. Let the tow truck tow to workshop. If restart car engine = make it worst. At least if get tow truck tow to workshop there might have chance that the conditions might not be that bad and could be saved.

Driving through flood water that reaches about lower side of the car door need to adhere to some rules and don't even think of renewing the COE of those cars. Those cars got stuck in flood water or park in flood area with flood water reaching the lower side of the car door, also best to avoid or renew COE. Exhaust pipe will most likely need to be change a few years down the road which is not too expensive. If flood water reaches door level, then most likley need to change the car doors few years after renewing COE.

I drove through flood water before and 7 years down the road, sign of rust water started to appear at the lower edges of the car doors. For the exhaust pipe, it was treated with anti-rust spray 2 to 3 weeks after driving through the flood water and spray anti-rust spray every 2 years. Thus scrap the car when COE expired though the car mileage was not high (less than 110k km).

Wow really need to bring umbrella walking kid to school in the morning for first day of school.

Today is good opportunity to bring kids out for a walk in the rain with their raincoats to make sure there're no leaks. Patch them up before actual usage during school runs.

Hopefully it would not rain on mon when everyone is going back to school and work. 😂 If such weather continues to mon, aircon in the office would be freezing.
