i think PR can work. i think the restarurant is saying if you got no permit to work, don apply

That's what I think - which is what makes it not discrimination. If someone is a PR it means stuff like work permits etc not needed - and having to apply for them is what makes it not discrimination.

Bro then again sure it is not a hoax advert?

Sounds so blatantly fake leh with the increase in font size on the so-called "discrimination" portion.

[confused]

come t think of it, I don think CATS will allow you to state that.

I remember once i stated something about a specific race and the CATS person told me cannot, i have to rephrase it.

i been to the restaurant many time few years ago and was mostly AT serving, now become pinoy [laugh]

(edited)

Clearly discrimination based on race and nationality.

Unfortunately, we have yet to set up a Human Rights Commission to oversee and prosecute abuses of natural human rights, something not just seen but now also common in enlightened jurisdictions. More puzzling is tne deliberate refusal by the govt to ratify the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights, and all other Human Right Conventions.

At present, this is within the purview of MOM, but the latter is really as good as a snail in making progress.
