Unfortunately, we have yet to set up a Human Rights Commission to oversee and prosecute abuses of natural human rights, something not just seen but now also common in enlightened jurisdictions. More puzzling is tne deliberate refusal by the govt to ratify the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights, and all other Human Right Conventions. At present, this is within the purview of MOM, but the latter is really as good as a snail in making progress.
