Thanks! Got to force myself not to visit any botiques next 1 yr. I actually had no intention to buy at all yesterday.

In fact already wired $$$ to a stewardess friend to help buy my pams from florence.

Dunno why yesterday went down to look look in the end can't control [sweatdrop][sweatdrop] [sweatdrop]

 

 

lucky i have excellent control as i am a miser.

 

whahahahahaah.

 

but watches are usually fairly good value holders.

Thanks, don't know if i have made a mistake thou...

The Hublot I know has bad resale value esp for the prices we pay for at botiques.

Chopard worst... $12k for a battery operated watch hahaha.

Nvm la most impt everyday wear feel shiok :wub:

 

Chopard quartz: cannot be helped as it is a women's watch and there is no way to fit a mechanical movement inside. Slim and small ladies watches usually like that, it depends on the looks and adornments to sell, rather than movement. My wife's Patek 24 diamond bezel also quartz and battery. Her Cartier Tank also battery. Only her Cartier Santos white rubber clad is auto mechanical, as it is big enough to accommodate the mechanical movement.

I went over to have a look at the PP section and tried out a few designs... Wah cannot believe their watches are so ex....

I guess simplicity has its expensive moments.
