keep tactically inside lor, e.g. used soiled clothing to bao and keep inside luggage. :D

Don't bring is the best solution, the rest is fate. U think chambermaid will shun off from ur soiled clothing? Furthermore they have glove and air fresher too haha

Steering lock is damn solid, u can wack the hell of somebody.

The steering wheel is the weakest link in the design, so is like locking ur bicycle to to water hose

Simple la, secure your steering wheel with three, not one steering lock. If other cars put one, you put three, see whose more deterrent.

Three not very possible to have so many lock IMO as they need crisis cross along the steering wheel.

But Mr Bean method is the best Mrbeancar.jpg

But if the thief saw out the steering wheel, won't this completely spoilt the steering wheel as well?

I tot what they'll do is to use master key to unlock the wheel lock, something like what locksmith do when open house door when the owner had lost his key...

Yep, will spoil the steering wheel, but so what?

Steering wheel cost how much? Car worth how much?

Same, if hotwire have to break the car's steering lock - but this can be replaced, or just don't worry about, sell the car for parts, how much will get if sell off all parts except the steering column? Still worth right?

Don't trust the room safe, I was told by a friend from the hotel industry. Once my safe jammed and they sent up 2 men who just key in a master code and it open w/o any problem. I was told that if you need to, use the main safe that is normally located at the check-in lobby. But not sure if every hotel has that.

For me, I normally put it into my locked luggage...... [laugh]

I have been working in the hotel industry for more than 13 years. I personally feel that hotel room in room safe is safe. However, it all depends on the honesty of the staff. I always leave my passports and valuables in my safe. So far nothing happen, touch wood :D

you put in your locked luggage, later people carry your locked luggage away. ahahahahahha

I would tend to believe that putting passport in room safe is safer than carrying it with you.

At least in room safe you cannot accidently leave it somewhere, drop it, get pickpocket etc etc - and I think the chances of this are greater than of losing something from a reputable hotels room safe.

Unless u don't mind your room to be messy and towels not being replaced.. [laugh]

yeah, personally i find the safe in the room quite useful.. anyway i've used to leaving my laptop on the desk whenever i go out.. so far no problem with laptops or accessories being stolen.. but we will try to stay in those reputable hotels all the time if possible..
